The start of a new school year is always busy with a lot of important details and information for families to review and complete.

How do I get a copy of the school calendar?
You can download and print the school calendar here. 

How do I register my child?
Call 217-546-5987 to schedule a private tour and appointment with an administrator.

What documents do I need to register my child?

• An original certified copy of your child’s birth certificate.

• Physical exam (all new students as well as sixth and ninth-grade students) and an up-to-date immunization record.

• Records from transferring school (where applicable). 

What medical exams are needed for my child?
Calvary Academy Health Memo describes the medical exams needed for enrollment and sports.

What are the school hours?

3 year old Pre-school	8:20AM – 11:30AM (2 or 3 day)
Jr Kindergarten	8:20AM – 11:30AM
Elementary (K – 6th)	8:20AM – 3:00PM
Jr High/High School	8:20AM – 3:10PM

How do I find out about Before/After School Care?
Camp Calvary is our before and after school program for students enrolled in 1st – 6th grades.

Morning hours: 7:00am – 8:00 with cold breakfast served at approximately 7:30am.
After school hours: 3:00pm – 5:30pm with an afternoon snack served at 4:00pm.

JH/HS After School Care Guidelines

School lunch costs for 2023/2024 are as follows:

K5 - 8th grade - $3.00 | High School - $3.50 

If you would like to add lunches into your payments, as a convenience, you may do that.  The following would be added to your child’s lunch account to be used in the 2023/2024 school year:

K5 - 8th grade - $515 | High School - $600

Lunches are tracked electronically.  Any unused portion of the above amount would be credited back to your tuition account at the end of the school year.  To add lunch fees to your automatic payments, or for any questions, please contact Mrs. Martin via email at jmartin@caspringfield.org. 

Calvary Academy participates in the National School Lunch Program which allows for Free Lunch or Reduced Lunch (.40) if you qualify. If your family is eligible to participate in the Free & Reduced Lunch program, it is essential that you apply.  Click to download the ISBE Free & Reduced Lunch application.
