Calvary Board Newly Adopted Policies

Posted on 05.04.11 by Kasey Norman

•The eligibility for the Switched on Schoolhouse is based upon a student meeting or exceeding their daily work schedule as outlined from the beginning of the school year.

•Students may not drop a class without permission from their parent, teacher and administrator. Should a student change from a higher track class to a lower track class based upon academic need, the grade from the previous class will transfer to the next class. Academic need is determined by the teacher and administrator; which will include the students work ethic, attitude, and attendance to help sessions. If the administration determines that a student should not drop a class and the parent insists on the student dropping the class, a grade of F will be on the transcript, and the student will be ruled ineligible for athletics for the remainder of the semester.

School Mall Program

Posted on 12.01.10 by Kasey Norman

Our school is now participating in the School Mall program. This online program helps our school earn cash without having students selling door-to-door, collecting money or delivering products. Over 200 merchants, including Sears, Target and Toys “R” Us, have joined together to offer up to 50% of sales to our school for shopping through SchoolMall.com. Calvary Academy will receive a percentage of all purchases made through School Mall stores. To shop, simply go to http://www.schoolmall.com and select our school. We hope you enjoy the School Mall website.
