Your student has been invited to participate in the 2023 Calvary Academy Champions Dinner on Friday, September 22, 2023, at the Crowne Plaza.
Students will be assigned one or more of the following roles:
- Greeting (arriving at 5PM)
- Selling Heads & Tails opportunities (arriving at 5PM)
- Performing with the choir* (arriving by 6:15pm)
- Assisting guests as they exit
- Tear down event
Participation requires administration approval and parent’s approval. Your student has been approved by administration. Please complete the form below to approve your student's participation by Monday, September 18.
All participating students will be given a Calvary Academy t-shirt to wear during the event with nice jeans or pants. All students will be served dinner and are required to stay until the end (approximately 9:00pm) of the event. They may only leave when given permission by Dr. Hinckley, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Houchin, or Tina Antonacci.
*Students performing will take the school bus to the Crowne Plaza on Friday, September 22 for a sound check at 2:00pm. Members of Calvary Academy staff and administration will also be at the soundcheck. Students will return to Calvary Academy at approximately 3:15pm.
